SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMINDAHAN TUGAS PEGAWAI BANK WOORI SAUDARA MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEIGHTED PRODUCT
Abstract
In a company, each employee will experience a transfer of duties, including in the Bank
transfer or rotation of the length of work and then transferred to another area. The problems
experienced at Woori Bank in assigning employee appraisals are still subjective and not yet
relevant to the actual situation so they cannot be used as a basis for making objective decisions
and Woori Saudara Bank has difficulty in determining the right employees to transfer their duties.
So the results of data processing from HRD (Human Resources Department) are still manual and
not yet in the form of a program. The process of assignment of HRD employees processes the
report about the transfer of tasks and the results of the report from HRD are given to the leader.
With the existence of this Decision Support System can help in determining the right employees
to be transferred.
