Abstract

Puskesmas are the spearhead of health services for the community. Assess the quality of
Puskesmas services according to public perception, starting from the quality of service on the
part of registration. Utilization of IT in the registration service at Puskesmas has been widely
applied to improve the quality of services provided. The problem is that there is no empirical
evidence of the impact of IT on the performance behavior of registration officers so as to improve
the services quality at the Puskesmas. This study examines the influence of the use of IT on the
performance behavior of officers and the quality of registration services using SEM analysis
models through the Lisrel 8.80 application. The test results prove that the use of IT affects the
performance behavior of officers with a value of R 2 = 0.81. Related quality of service, utilization
of IT also proved influential with R 2 = 0.98. The results of this study indicate that the use of IT in
the registration service at the Puskesmas has a direct positive impact, to improve the performance
behavior of service personnel and to improve service quality.
